This week's Jr. High speech spotlight is... Harper Trumble! Harper is new to the speech team this year. One thing Harper enjoys about speech is how she can write about interesting topics. Her favorite event is entertainment. Harper was inspired to join speech because of her mom. She says that her speech season is going pretty well for her! All she has to do this year is just memorize her speech! One piece of advice Harper would give to someone who might want to join the speech team is to not be afraid to mess up because everyone makes mistakes. The only thing that will matter is how you fix them.
