Sarah is involved in FBLA, Quiz Bowl, FFA, Student Council, National Honor Society, and Spanish Club. FBLA in particular has helped her enhance her leadership skills while improving the community. When asked how it has helped her grow as a person she said, "It's given me the confidence to go out of my comfort zone." She has recently been appointed the Nebraska FBLA parliamentarian, and she is excited to meet more Nebraska FBLA members this year. In the future, she sees herself working in the law and politics field, either as a lobbyist or lawyer. She is also interested in economics, history, and journalism. And finally, she enjoys reading, writing, and talking about policy.
