This week and last weekend Raymond Central's quiz bowl team wrapped up their season. With a team going to nationals in Chicago being escorted by Mrs. Polak and Mrs. Enevoldsen. Our national team consisted of some of the smartest including Drew Tice, Rosalie Tvrdy, Sarah Lagne, James Lou, Lilly Bartels, and Carson Tice. Although nationals was tough, our teams pulled back through at the Seward meet on Wednesday this week. With our freshman team including, Sophia Burt, Marissa Tverdy, Kiara Eppenbach , Emma Haase, and Grace Reed, who overall went 2-3. Along with our upper class man team including, Sarah Lagne, Drew Tice, Liam Tverdy, and James Lou, who made a great representation making it to finals. Only losing by 20 points in finals the upper class man team took 2nd overall in the tournament to Malcolm.
